The Pinnacle Corporate group of companies (PSE) was founded by Jeff Wilson in 1981. The companies were involved in commercial real estate development and management until Wilson’s retirement in 2016. Having been a pioneer in the commercial development of self storage and retail shopping centers beginning in 1979, PSE owned and operated over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial space in five states.

Pinnacle Southeastern Publishing

Prior to Wilson’s retirement from the commercial development division, Pinnacle SE Publishing was formed to help writers and authors self publish their work starting with wife Gerri (Gigi) Wilson’s first novel, Wicked Game, in 2012. Most recently the company has published Gigi’s lifestyle cookbook, Fun & Simple Gourmet, which is the first in a series of lifestyle cookbooks planned by Gigi Wilson®

Historic Walking Tour

Pinnacle SE Publishing (PSEP) created and produced an Audio Historic Walking Tour App. The app features over 1,100 historic sites in 20 cities with a photo, written history and an audio history of each site. The app also offers a self auto tracking GPS as you walk through each city. PSEP is also developing apps for cities, Chambers of Commerce, and Historic Foundations.
